The neon base easily replaces neon gel polish, saving the master’s time. It is the perfect solution for the summer season. It has excellent self-leveling properties, camouflages, and hides nail plate imperfections. The base is sufficiently pigmented, but it can be applied in a single layer, leveling with a small drop.
